Malteurop produces 2,3 million tons of malt manufactured in its 23 factories around the world (Europe, North America, Mexico, Oceania, Asia). One in 10 beers consumed worldwide contains malt made in our plants. We are partners of the large brewing groups that we have followed in their international growth.
Stellenbeschreibung:
We are looking for a Logistic Clerk (m/f/d) under the supervision of our Logistic Manager to strengthen our team at our Langerringen plant.
The goals of the role are:
- Ensuring the necessary level of service for suppliers/transport companies
- Optimal processing of raw material deliveries
- Strict compliance with QHSE rules
Main Tasks:
Customer & supplier support and delivery processing
1. order placement in cooperation with the Procurement department in Germany/France
2. order processing/post-processing (e.g. contracts, complaints, invoice processing, payment delays) and documentation in SAP
3. planning, processing and coordination of deliveries & shipments/collections (e.g. requesting certificates, processing delivery/customs documents & freight documents, etc.)
4. participation in inventory optimization, taking into account customer requirements and quality restrictions
5. implementation of all necessary measures for (further) processing, handling, control, documentation of the raw materials received
6. supplier contact (e.g. information on delivery conditions and safety rules, etc.)
7. processing of deliveries and preparation of delivery and customs documents

8. implementation of all necessary measures for (further) processing, planning, processing, control, documentation of the raw materials and malt received
9. ordering of services (bagged goods, courier services, etc.)
Other internal responsibilities
10. ensuring a permanent link between the supply chain, the production units and the responsible departments
11. participating in internal projects and the optimization of logistics processes in compliance with QHSE regulations
12. performing tasks to fulfill occupational health and safety requirements
13. operation of the access system (e.g. door openings, barriers/gates, etc.)
Administrative activities
14. preparation of necessary tables and statistics as well as administration and updating of documents (e.g. evaluations, preliminary samples, etc.) and preparation of reports
15. further administrative activities
Anforderungsprofil:
Required knowledge:
- Training in the commercial sector, preferably in logistics
- Career changers also welcome
- SAP & Microsoft Office
- Solid knowledge of English
