As a Project Manager (f/md) for Supplier Relationship Management & Supply Chain Resilience, you will work closely with the management team of GS D Procurement and the Gas Services Project Orion. Your role is essential to drive objectives of the ORION project to de-risk the GS D supply chain. In this role you report to the Head of Commodity Management and will work closely with the head of GS D procurement and the CPOs of the product lines, as well as the project organization in Gas Services. The tasks range from monitoring, improvement and developing the supplier relationship management and risk-mitigation in the supply chain. How You’ll Make an Impact* Establish, maintain, and actively manage supplier relationship management activities
- Analyze supply chain de-risking activities across GS D, benchmark and exchange with Orion project team members on Gas Services level, drive improvements and process harmonization
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and risk-mitigation actions together with commodity managers, project management, finance, engineering, and supply chain teams
- Increase data-driven decision making, leveraging integrated supply chain tools and support of AI
- Prepare transparent project progress tracking, identifying risks and taking mitigation action with SQ, Procurement, Engineering in GS D What You Bring* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, combined with project management skills, and understanding of supply chain topics across the value chain from Sales, to Engineering and to Procurement.
- Longstanding professional experience in managing complex projects, financial analysis, procurement, or a comparable environment, typically gained over 5+ years.
- Strong collaboration, stakeholder-management, strategic-thinking, influencing, and process-improvement skills across procurement, finance, project management, and supply chain interfaces.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders and track record of realizing project targets on time & on budget.
- Fluent in English and German is an advantage About the Team
