What You'll do:
- Identify, map, and document data assets, entities, attributes, and business relationships across the organization's data domains and subdomains;
- Analyze and document source systems, data flows, business rules, and dependencies between applications;
- Collaborate closely with Data Owners and Data Stewards to gather, validate, and formalize knowledge related to data assets;
- Ensure the accurate cataloging, classification, and documentation of data assets and their ownership, aligned with the organization's data governance framework;
- Perform data modelling activities to support data management and governance initiatives;
- Identify data quality issues, information gaps, and opportunities to improve data management processes;
- Translate business and data requirements into functional specifications, governance rules, and data management standards;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of metadata management, data lineage, master data management, and data quality practices;
- Hybrid work model.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field;
- Experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Cataloging, or similar roles;
- Strong understanding of Data Lineage, Metadata Management, Data Quality, and Master Data Management concepts;
- Proven experience in cataloging, classifying, and documenting data assets;
- Experience gathering and analyzing data-related requirements and converting them into functional and governance specifications;
- Knowledge of data modelling techniques and best practices;
- Good understanding of SQL/T-SQL and relational databases;
- Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall;
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
