Join the leading chiplet startup. As an IT Administrator at Eliyan, you will be based in or near our Netherlands, Frankfurt, or Berlin office, supporting a fast-paced, early-stage company running a mix of Linux, Windows, and Mac systems. You will work closely with the local team to keep IT operations secure, efficient, and well organized as we scale. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and room to shape how we build things.

ON-SITE (EINDHOVEN, NETHERLANDS, FRANKFURT OR BERLIN, GERMANY)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary IT resource for your local office, supporting employees across macOS, Windows, and Linux
  • Provision, image, and maintain laptops, workstations, and shared office hardware
  • Administer identity, access, and endpoint management across Microsoft 365 and connected SaaS applications
  • Manage MDM and configuration management tooling, and automate repetitive work wherever possible
  • Support on-site server, network, storage, and backup infrastructure
  • Own onboarding and offboarding end to end, including account lifecycle and asset tracking
  • Partner with the security team on patching, hardening, vulnerability remediation, and audit evidence collection
  • Support workloads running in AWS and Microsoft Azure
  • Maintain clear documentation, runbooks, and an accurate asset inventory

Ideal Qualifications:

  • ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar compliance and audit experience
  • Experience administering MDM platforms
  • Experience with configuration management systems
  • Prior experience at an early-stage startup
