Role Summary
The main objective of the Customer Success Specialist – Health & Safety a will be to build strong, long-term relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and helping them maximize the value they obtain from our solution.
This role is particularly suited to an Occupational Health & Safety (PRL) professional looking to transition into a more customer-focused role, or to someone with Customer Success experience who also brings a strong professional background in Occupational Health & Safety.
You will combine your PRL expertise with a customer-centric approach to understand our clients' needs, advise them effectively, analyze their usage and experience, and identify opportunities for improvement, retention, and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with customers across different 6conecta segments, understanding their needs and following up on renewal opportunities.
- Leverage your Occupational Health & Safety expertise to understand customers' challenges and provide relevant guidance on how they can get the most value from 6conecta.
- Develop strategies, coordinate meetings, and establish action plans with customers to improve engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, contributing to business growth.
- Support new customers throughout the onboarding process, training them on the platform and helping them maximize the value of the solution.
- Actively collaborate with the team by sharing best practices and improvement ideas, including KPI analysis, corrective action proposals, and NPS monitoring.
- Work closely with Sales, Implementation, Support, and Technology teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
Qualifications
- Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety / Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), equivalent to an Intermediate or Senior-Level Technician qualification.
- At least 3 years of professional experience working as an Occupational Health & Safety (PRL) Technician.
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, consultative sales, or other customer-facing roles will be considered a strong advantage, but is not essential.
- Strong interest in moving towards a customer-focused and relationship management role, combining technical PRL expertise with a commercial and service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills, with confidence, empathy, and strong influencing abilities.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Proactive and organized, with the ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and results-oriented approach.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English. Additional languages such as Catalan, Italian, or Portuguese will be considered a plus.

Competitive compensation package, with a salary range of €35.000 - €55.000 gross per year, depending on experience and fit.
