With a portfolio of 3 million products and a fast-growing international footprint, we are looking for a driven Team Lead to scale our operations and mentor our talent.
About the role: Lead, Execute, Grow
As our Operations Manager & Customer Service Team Lead, you are the guardian of our Customer and Seller Experience. You will report directly to the Operations Director, acting as the bridge between our daily operations and our long-term growth strategy.
Your Mission:
- Champion Excellence: Supervise daily workloads and KPIs, ensuring our service levels remain world-class as we scale.
- Mentor & Mobilize: Lead a diverse team by example, assisting with order fulfillment and logistics during peak times while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize the Playbook: Standardize and document processes to ensure the team is agile, well-trained, and efficient.
- Solve the Puzzle: Navigate complex logistics and claims by collaborating with suppliers, internal teams, and 3PL providers across Europe.
- Innovate: Identify bottlenecks in our workflow and propose creative solutions to improve our ERP and ticketing efficiency.
- Promote Improvement: Maintain a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service by continuously improving our operations.

You:
- Are a Player-Coach: You have 1–5 years of experience in Operations and are ready to step into a leadership role where you lead by doing to achieve the daily and monthly goals.
- Data-Informed: You understand that KPIs aren’t just numbers; they are a story of how well we are serving our customers.
- Proactive Problem Solver: You don’t wait for instructions when you see a operational bottleneck; you find a way through it.
- Tech-Savvy: You navigate ERPs, ticketing tools, other cloud-based systems and e-commerce platforms with ease.
- Excellent communicator: Are fluent in English and, preferably, other European languages.
