Cyber Security Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate implementation of DDoS and Web Application Firewall (WAF) capabilities across business applications
• Coordinate application owners, infrastructure teams, security teams, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Manage project activities, implementation plans, and schedules
• Track project progress and application onboarding
• Prepare stakeholder communication and status reports
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and track actions
• Manage and document project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Track implementation readiness and go-live activities
• Ensure stakeholders remain informed throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Support timely delivery of security improvements while minimizing implementation risks

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Strong focus on risk minimization and timely delivery
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
