Project
Integration into the Test Centre (TCE), responsible for providing testing services to the organization in Nanterre, based on a mature, proven, and highly structured testing strategy.
The TCE operates in the Savings and Protection domains, performing test design and execution for critical applications such as ORION, HERA, Wynsure, and GLIS.
The professional contributes to the Test Strategy, Master Test Plan, test design, execution, and reporting activities, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with established standards.
This role is essential for coordinating test analysts, communicating with stakeholders, and identifying and resolving defects.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Test Strategy, Master Test Plan, and test design.
- Ensure compliance with the project design and its deliverables.
- Enter test topics into the dedicated tool following established standards.
- Prepare, validate, and communicate all testing deliverables within the assigned scope.
- Ensure proper test prioritization.
- Contribute to the organization of Business Analyst knowledge and intelligence.
- Provide the information required for Go/No-Go decisions.
- Execute tests within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Record test results in the dedicated tool.
- Report risks related to timelines or quality.
- Provide feedback to the Test Manager and management regarding project progress.
- Create and communicate test reports to stakeholders.
- Manage project committees related to test progress and defect management.
- Report all information required for Go/No-Go decision-making.
- Identify defects within the assigned scope.
- Log defects in the appropriate tool.
- Contribute to defect prioritization.
- Participate in defect resolution and subsequent validation.
- Provide the necessary inputs for final reports and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Understanding of project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of ISTQB principles and terminology.
- Experience testing life insurance applications or banking products is considered an advantage.
- French language proficiency is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in testing activities.
- Ability to define and maintain a test strategy and test schedule.
- Ability to manage one or more testers.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Knowledge of Octane, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Knowledge of APIs.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Experience in risk identification and follow-up.
- Ability to coordinate and motivate teams.
- Strong systematic, critical, and logical thinking.
- Strong analytical and summarization skills.
