STEP Linehaul Middle Mile team within EU Trans S&OP organization is looking for a customer focused, analytically and technically skilled senior Inventory Planner/Program Manager to join our team. Within this role, you will be responsible for driving change and improvements across the organization whilst always thinking about the bigger picture. You are pioneering new ways of thinking to deliver our mission for optimized customer speed and delivery accuracy, at the planned cost. Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, you will continuously be scoping out new solutions for ambiguous challenges. You will conduct your own research and analysis, always with an eye on the long-term vision of the business and the maximization of our customer experience. We are now looking to hire a passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on and customer-obsessed candidate. This role acts as the linking point between Technical and business Teams, to build an accurate demand plan for Middle Mile operators. This role will form a business partnership with first and middle mile Tech and business ensuring smooth planning cycles and improving the quality of the forecast.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Science/Engineering/Economics
- Experience working with databases and SQL
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree, or Master's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
