The Finance Analyst will be a member of theFinance Team, based in Warsaw (remote/hybrid), responsible for a number of EMEAcountries. The role will be dedicated to a prestigious client from IT sectorwithin the facilities management line of business. The main responsibilitieswill be to act as a contract controller during month end and invoicing as wellas to provide effective contract reporting and financial guidance to the widerteam. The Finance Analyst will be working closely with the Finance Managers, clientfinance team and other stakeholders located across EMEA. What you will do: Month end: Responsibility for month end close for the countries in scope, Preparing adjusting journal entries (reclasses, accruals etc.), Following up on any discrepancies and resolving issues in line with Master Service Agreement, Ensuring the contract margins are in line with expectations and reflect reality, Reporting and commenting on any unusual variances as needed. Invoicing: Managing the invoicing process for the countries in scope, Coordinating the preparation of invoice backups as per the contractual requirements, Following up on overdue debt. Other: Preparing monthly reconciliations of the accounts, Resolving any other ad hoc requests relating to activities in scope.
Whatyou will need: Knowledge & experience: University degree in finance area (Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar preferred). In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
o FluentEnglish, both oral and written is a must, Some finance and accounting experience is required (1-2 years),
AdvancedExcel data manipulation skills.
