The Law & Integrity division includes DT Legal, Group Compliance and Group Privacy. The focus of activity is on the area of DT Legal. DT Legal is responsible for internal and external legal matters for all business units of the Group as well as for the legal strategy. Tasks

We are looking for lawyers who would like to try out their skills. In the first few years, you will work as a lawyer generalist. You will have the opportunity to get involved in various thematic areas: From competition law to exciting M&A projects. From contract negotiations to tricky questions in the IT or telecommunications sector. To name just a few examples from the comprehensive legal consulting portfolio. In this way, you will also get to know all areas of the Group as a legal advisor and build up a large network. As a Legal Counsel - Sydicus Lawyer (m/f/d/x), you will focus in particular on:

• Assessment of legal risks and preparation of recommendations for action
• Support of contract negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers
• Preparation and review of contract samples and drafts
• Conducting legal disputes
• Development and implementation of legal concepts and regulations
• Preparation of legal opinions
• Monitoring and evaluation of case law and legislation
• (Partial) management of complex projects

Profil

• You have completed your first and second state law exams with above-average results.
• You may have already gained initial professional experience.
• If you have professional experience: You have gained this with a commercial enterprise (ideally, but not necessarily in the IT and telecommunications sector) or a commercial law firm.
• You have experience abroad and intercultural skills.
• You are interested in new areas of law and/or digitization in the legal sector (e.g. legal tech).
• You are highly motivated and enjoy interacting with other people.
• They are flexible and curious.

• In-depth legal knowledge
• Entrepreneurial thinking and structured results-oriented working methods as well as experience in accompanying complex projects
• Business fluency in German and English
