- Proactively identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies
- Act as a key technical interface towards customers and internal stakeholders, communicating concepts, progress, and key decisions What we offer
- Performance-based salary growth that rewards your results

- Strong focus on personal development, supported by a tailored growth and learning plan
- Extensive career opportunities, with progression across a wide range of functions and projects
- A young, entrepreneurial, and innovative company culture where initiative is encouraged

- Free lunch, dinner and healthy snacks available every day on-site What you bring
- BSc, BEng, MSc or PhD in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Physics, or equivalent
- Broad system-level thinking with a strong technical foundation in mechatronics and/or imaging-related domains
- Proven ability to define and drive complex system architectures in a multidisciplinary environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly assess problems and identify root causes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, responsible, and capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy
- Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, results-driven approach
