Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the D365 O2C functional workstream.
Gather requirements and drive solution design.
Configure and support Sales, Pricing, Billing, and AR processes.
Lead workshops, testing, and user training.
Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders.
Support go-live and post-production activities.
Mentor team members and ensure delivery quality.
