A Snapshot of Your Day
Your day begins with analyzing legal and compliance processes to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and digital transformation. In close collaboration with Legal, Compliance, IT, Digital teams, and external technology providers, you gather requirements and translate legal needs into workflows, user experiences, product features, AI-powered solutions, and automation concepts. Throughout the day, you design, build, configure, and continuously improve Legal Tech solutions, AI agents, and digital products using enterprise technologies to support legal teams in their daily work. You manage integrations between legal applications and other enterprise systems, ensure robust and secure solutions that meet business requirements, and resolve complex technical issues when needed. You conduct testing sessions, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement activities. In addition, you support the full lifecycle of Legal Tech products from ideation and pilot phases through rollout, adoption, and scaling, deliver training and support to end users, and present project progress, system performance, and business impact to leadership.How You’ll Make an Impact* Analysis, prioritization, optimization, and digital transformation of legal and compliance processes through automation, process improvement, workflow management, and simplification initiatives
- Design, development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of AI-powered solutions, digital products, user experiences, workflows, automation concepts, prompts, product features, and AI agents supporting Legal & Compliance teams
- Development and implementation of Legal Tech strategies, operational plans, governance frameworks, standards, and best practices, including the evaluation, selection, configuration, and management of legal technology platforms
- Design, maintenance, integration, and optimization of automated workflows, legal applications, APIs, and enterprise systems, including systems analysis, configuration management, secure data flow, business requirements alignment, and technical troubleshooting
- Management of the complete Legal Tech product lifecycle from ideation, pilot phases, testing, and user feedback through rollout, adoption, continuous improvement, impact measurement, and enterprise-wide scaling
- Acting as the key interface between Legal, Compliance, IT, Digital functions, business stakeholders, and external vendors, including requirements gathering, expectation management, change management, user training, stakeholder engagement, and leadership reporting What You Bring* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Legal Tech, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a comparable interdisciplinary field
- Professional experience in Legal Operations, Legal Technology, Legal Engineering, or a similar role with a proven track record in developing and implementing Legal Tech strategies, operational plans, processes, standards, and governance frameworks
- Strong interest as well as hands-on experience in Legal Tech, Artificial Intelligence, automation, digital transformation, enterprise technologies, legal-specific software solutions such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), e-billing, document management, matter management and e-discovery platforms, and the development and configuration of AI agents and workflow solutions
- In-depth knowledge of process improvement, workflow management, change management, agile methodologies, user-centric design, process engineering, systems analysis, automation, API integration, configuration management, and ideally SQL
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, relationship-building, advocacy, stakeholder management, product and customer orientation, and the ability to communicate effectively with both legal and technical stakeholders
