QA Tester

Workplace: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Role:

• Critically analyze business requirements, identifying risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement;
• Assess the impact of changes on applications and define the appropriate testing strategy;
• Design, execute, and document functional and regression tests;
• Participate in end-to-end testing of business processes;
• Conduct impact analysis and ensure traceability between requirements and tests;
• Investigate and track the resolution of defects;
• Contribute to System Integration Testing activities;
• Apply risk-based testing approaches, ensuring adequate coverage of critical scenarios.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology;
• At least 2 years of professional experience in similar roles;
• Ability to design test scenarios and manage evidence;
• Critical thinking and the ability to challenge requirements when necessary;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement;
• Experience or involvement in Agile environments;
• ISTQB CTFL certification or equivalent in the field of Software Testing is a plus;
• Fluency in English;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Collaborative spirit and ability to work well in a team;
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
