Production Quality Engineer

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Monitor product quality throughout the production process
• Support serial production in resolving process and product quality issues
• Lead cross-functional 8D investigations and verify corrective action effectiveness
• Work with control plans and quality documentation, including PFMEA and work instructions
• Identify process risks and strengthen error proofing through PFMEA Go, See & Fix
• Analyse internal PPM and quality KPIs to drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate containment and disposition of suspect products
• Participate in process and product audits and follow up findings
• Implement lessons learned, Yokoten and Zero Defect actions with production teams
• Conduct quality inspections and audits

Check if you have what we need:

• Technical higher education preferred
• Min. 1 year of experience in Quality or Process Engineering, preferably automotive
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, FMEA and SPC
• Experience with Control Plans, PFMEA and quality documentation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including 8D and 5 Why
• Good English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/ MES systems
• Proactive, detail-oriented and accountable approach
• Strong cooperation skills with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Quality teams
