As a working student in the Performance Marketing department, you’ll help our team ensure the success of our digital campaigns. You’ll contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our online marketing activities—from Google Ads and social media to performance analysis. In doing so, you’ll coordinate with the content marketing team and senior management.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Management and Optimization of Google Ads and Social Media Campaigns
• Evaluation and Analysis of Campaign Performance Using Google Analytics
• Preparing reports and developing recommendations for improvement
• Keyword Research and Ad Copy Optimization
• Support for Conversion Optimization

Due to the nature of the work, this position can only be filled on-site. This is not a remote position. If you do not live in Würzburg but are willing to relocate, please note this in your application.

Your qualification

• You are a registered student in the field of business, marketing, media, communication, or a similar program
• Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Basic knowledge of SEO/SEA
• First Exposure to Online or Performance Marketing
• Interest in digital advertising channels and data-driven work
• Analytical thinking and a passion for turning numbers into insights
• An independent, organized, and reliable work style
• Proficiency with Common Office Programs
• Interested in helping build structures at a young company

Nice to have:

• Experience with Looker Studio or other reporting tools
• Interest in email marketing or marketing automation
