We are lookingfor a Multi-Skilled Technician to join our team and support themaintenance and operation of building systems within a dynamic clientenvironment.

The Role

In this role,you will contribute to day-to-day operations and service delivery within yourassigned area or site. Responsibilities include:

• Conductroutine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential issues, and carry outrepairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment andsystems.
• Review assigned work orders, estimate required time and materials, and trackcompletion using available systems.
• Support energy management initiatives by ensuring building systems operateefficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safetyregulations and report any violations to Management.
• Follow established procedures to resolve routine technical issues and deliverwork according to defined processes and standards.

Who You Are

We believe youhave:

• High SchoolDiploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of relevant experience.Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing,walking, climbing stairs/ladders, stooping, and lifting/carrying heavy loads of50 lbs. or more.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel,and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to follow established work routines and standards.
• Good communication skills and the ability to exchange straightforwardinformation effectively.
