Full-time | Day Shift | €2,800 – €3,200 Gross per Month | Production Worker

What Will You Do?
As a Production Worker, you'll support the production process and make sure the correct raw materials are supplied to the machines. Your responsibilities include:
- Sorting bags of raw materials weighing between 15 and 25 kg
- Lifting and moving bags during the production process
- Cutting open bags of raw materials
- Pouring raw materials into production machines
- Supplying machines with the correct raw materials
- Supporting Machine Operators during production
- Monitoring the production process
- Performing basic quality checks
- Keeping your workplace clean and organised
- Following all safety, hygiene and quality procedures

A Typical Workday
- Start with the daily production meeting
- Prepare the required raw materials
- Sort and move bags of raw materials
- Lift, open and empty 15–25 kg bags into production machines
- Supply the production process with raw materials
- Support the Machine Operators
- Monitor the production process
- Perform basic quality checks
- Keep your workplace clean and safe
- Finish your shift and enjoy your evening
What We're Looking For
- You are physically fit and strong
- You are comfortable regularly handling and lifting bags weighing 15 to 25 kg
- Experience as a Production Worker is an advantage, but not required
- English or Dutch speaking
- Willingness to perform physical work
- Accurate and quality-focused
- Comfortable working in an active production environment
- Reliable and motivated
- Willingness to learn and develop yourself
