Your Task
- Lead workforce redesign and process improvement projects from idea to implementation.
- Analyze organizational structures, operating models, and ways of working.
- Map processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and collaboration.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with leaders and stakeholders.
- Develop recommendations and redesign solutions based on business needs and insights.
- Translate data and analysis into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Prepare presentations and materials for decision-makers.
- Track project progress, key decisions, and implementation outcomes.
Your Profile
- Experience in project management, organizational design, HR, business improvement, or a related area.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Confidence in facilitating workshops and driving discussions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive mindset, ownership, and ability to work independently.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in AI, automation, or digital workplace initiatives.
- Consulting or change management background.
- Knowledge of job architecture, competency frameworks, or operating model design.
- Experience working across people, processes, and technology.
