We’re looking for an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead procurement excellence across our operations in Spain. You will drive supplier performance, strengthen procurement capabilities, and ensure the successful execution of projects that support greener and smarter mobility worldwide.

Your role, your impact
- Lead and develop a local procurement team, ensuring capability growth and workload optimization
- Drive procurement performance through compliance with procurement processes, tools and governance
- Support procurement commitments during tender phases and validate local commodity strategies
- Manage supplier performance, monitor Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) objectives, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Support project execution through commercial negotiations, risk mitigation and procurement performance tracking
- Collaborate with supply chain, quality and finance teams to improve operational efficiency and cash performance
- Contribute to local risk management and supplier panel compliance
- Promote the Alstom Code of Ethics and the highest standards of ethical conduct

What you bring
- Master’s degree in Purchasing, Procurement, Business or a related field
- At least 5 years of procurement experience
- At least 2 years of experience managing multicultural teams
- Fluent English with an international mindset
- Strong negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with data analytics and business intelligence concepts
- Project management capabilities and understanding of industrial environments, quality, supply chain and finance
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to coach and develop others

- Supplier QCD performance and compliance with procurement standards
- Timely placement of purchase orders and effective management of procurement risks
- Successful execution of procurement commitments on tenders and projects
- Development and engagement of the local procurement team
