IT Project Manager

Job Description:

You will join our team and work closely with multiple teams, including Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, and Development teams, to oversee a wide variety of projects from conceptual design through implementation.

Your Missions:

• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with technical resources during all project phases, from initial development through implementation
• Manage projects with top-down oversight to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables
• Perform risk management on your project(s) to identify risks, raise awareness to stakeholders, and come up with a mitigation plan
• Communicate proactively with all project team members to identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects in line with company standards
• Provide regular updates and documentation to stakeholders

Your Profile:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT, including 3+ years as a project manager working in international projects
• Technical skills: Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods; familiarity working with technical teams and knowledge of technical topics (DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity)
• Academic background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• English and French fluent.

• You demonstrate managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
