2nd Engineer - 30m Race program - Dual season

A 30m performance sailing yacht is seeking a 2nd Engineer to join an exciting and highly professional racing program.

With several regattas planned throughout 2027, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a program that operates at the highest level of performance sailing. The role is primarily shore-based to begin with, supporting the engineering and technical side of the program, before becoming increasingly involved across all aspects of the program.

The team is looking for a hands-on and practical individual who enjoys problem-solving and working as part of a close-knit team. Candidates should have previous experience within the marine industry, a background in boatbuilding, electronics, electrical systems or mechanical engineering would all be highly beneficial.

This role offers excellent long-term development within the program. As the successful candidate grows into the position, there will be opportunities to become involved with drone operations, tender driving, and more sailing, making it an ideal role for someone looking to broaden their skill set within a high-performance sailing environment.

The successful candidate can join any time between now and November, allowing them to integrate into the team ahead of an exciting 2027 season.

Qualifications required: Previous marine engineering or technical experience

Itinerary: Mediterranean & Caribbean regatta circuit
