We are now looking for a Junior Quality Complaint Officer to join our team in Arnoldstein, Austria.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and investigating customer feedback and product complaints related to our medical devices. By ensuring that issues are handled thoroughly, professionally, and in compliance with regulatory requirements, you will contribute directly to product quality, patient safety, and customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints related to medical devices and associated products, ensuring each case is promptly assessed, documented, and managed through to closure.
- Coordinate complaint investigations with R&D, Production, and Quality & Regulatory Affairs teams.
- Ensure complaints are processed, investigated, and closed within established timelines.
- Maintain accurate complaint records in the quality management system, ensuring full traceability and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Document investigation findings, conclusions, and root cause analyses in a clear and structured manner.
- Identify complaint trends and contribute to Post Market Surveillance activities.
- Support risk assessments, CAPA activities, vigilance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives arising from complaint investigations.
Your profile
- Technical diploma or degree in a technical or scientific discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience within Quality Assurance, Technical Support, Regulatory Affairs, or a similar field.
- Experience conducting technical investigations, problem-solving activities, or root cause analyses.
- Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2 level). Italian language skills are considered an advantage.
- Experience within medical devices or regulated manufacturing is an advantage.
As a person, you are analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized. You enjoy investigating issues, identifying root causes, and finding effective solutions. You can work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across different functions. You communicate clearly and professionally, and you have a structured approach to documentation and record management. Most importantly, you are motivated by delivering high-quality work that contributes to product safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Your future team
You will be part of our Quality team and report to the Quality Manager. In your day-to-day work, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Production, and Customer Service to investigate product issues and drive cases through to resolution.
The role also involves regular interaction with distributors, service partners, and customers to gather information, provide updates, and ensure a professional customer experience throughout the investigation process.
As a central point of coordination, you will work across multiple functions and play an important role in supporting product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
