What We're Looking For:
This role assists with the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing the physical and/or administrative tasks of shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in accordance with company standards
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from hazards
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks
Job Requirements:
- Education: No diploma required; Basic math and reading/writing skills are needed Work Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Basic computer skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and order processing
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures
Physical Demands:
- Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds
- Medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds
Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. Job Posting Statement:
