RAM Mounts has a French branch, but French-style hierarchy? That is not how we do things here. For us, enjoying your work comes first. You will not be expected to wait for instructions; instead, you will be encouraged to take initiative. Our culture is informal and built on trust and collaboration. A happy customer, a happy colleague and all the paperwork in order? That will have you whistling just a little louder on your way home.

You will work closely with our French field-based account managers and your colleagues at our office in Lelystad. Thanks to your command of French, you will be the key link between customers and colleagues. You make sure questions reach the right people, actions are followed up and customers feel well supported. Our customers are looking for smart mounting solutions for smartphones, tablets, cameras and other electronic devices. These solutions are used wherever there is movement: from forklift trucks and commercial vehicles to boats, motorcycles, agricultural machinery and even anything that takes to the skies.

You will manage smaller customers from A to Z and support the field sales team with larger accounts. Leads are generated for you, so you will mainly speak to prospects who have already shown an interest. That means less cold calling and more conversations in which you can add real value. From day one, you will make an impact by helping customers, following up on opportunities and contributing to the growth of our French-speaking market.

Welcome to our head office in Lelystad. We are ambitious, but down-to-earth. Large enough to offer opportunities for growth, yet small enough for everyone to genuinely know one another. Together with Laye in administration and Alexandra in marketing, you will support our French account managers from the Netherlands. This allows them to fill their days with customer visits, knowing that you have everything under control in the internal sales team.
