Kvadrat is looking for a curious and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our Segment Marketing Team in Copenhagen, supporting marketing activities for our, Architecture & End Users Segment.
You will become part of a creative and collaborative environment, helping to bring Kvadrat’s products, services and stories to architects, designers and clients around the world. The role combines coordination and hands-on execution across content, campaigns, events and digital platforms, offering a great opportunity to build your marketing experience within an international design company.
About the job
You will be joining a team of dedicated colleagues and working closely with the Marketing Manager A&E to coordinate marketing activities across markets and channels. You will collaborate with colleagues in Marketing and Sales as well, as agencies and external partners.
Some of your tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Supporting the Marketing Manager A&E with the development and coordination of diverse marketing activities for Kvadrat, Kvadrat Acoustics & Kvadrat Shade.
- Developing reference cases, whitepapers, marketing materials, newsletters and other digital content.
- Supporting international fairs, events and customer activities.
- Developing & maintaining digital platforms and sales tools.
- Supporting the Director Global Segments with market analysis and market surveys.
Work location: Pakhus 48, Nordhavn, Copenhagen.
Some travel should be expected.
About you
We are looking for someone who is curious, organised and proactive, with a genuine interest in design, architecture and communication. You have strong analytic skills, enjoy bringing structure to projects, have a good eye for detail. You also enjoy collaborating with different people and taking responsibility for moving tasks and projects forward.
You have a degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field and may have gained your first professional experience through a full-time job, an internship or student job. You communicate fluently in English and are eager to learn, contribute and develop in an international environment.
