To collaborate with a multinational company that operates in the area of immigration, we are looking for our Porto office:
Immigration Lawyer (M/F)
Responsibilities:
- Organization of the entire legal process for granting permanent residence;
- Provide specialized legal advice on Residence Permit for Investment processes;
- Manage immigration cases from initial analysis to completion.
- Conducting meetings with foreign clients and agents;
- Contact with various government entities.
Requirements:
- Law degree (with bar registration);
- Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory;
- Relational skills and ability to work effectively and co-operatively with others;
- In-depth knowledge of applicable immigration laws and regulations;
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and meet established goals.
