About Challenger Brands
We are challengers. We question how things are done today and look for smarter, faster, and more sustainable ways to get products into the hands of consumers. As Europe’s 1-Stop Distribution Partner, we support ambitious brands with a complete mix of sales, marketing, value-added logistics (VAS), warehousing, and compliance.
We are commercial and hands-on at heart: we love closing deals, solving problems, and making sure the numbers add up, but we’re just as likely to roll up our sleeves when a shipment needs to go out the door. Our team is international, informal, and straightforward—no unnecessary hierarchy, just clear communication, mutual respect, and a good sense of humor. Together, we build the products of tomorrow.
The Role
Are you ready to play a key role in driving the strategic growth of a fast-growing and dynamic organization? As a Regional Business Development Manager at Challenger Brands, you will be the main point of contact for building and strengthening valuable customer relationships that drive our expansion within the French-speaking region.
In this strategic role, you’ll collaborate closely with various teams—from marketing and supply chain to compliance—to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed commercial objectives. You have the ability to translate market insights into effective distribution and growth strategies that create sustainable value for both our challenger brand partners and our organization.
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial professional with a commercial mindset who takes ownership and thrives on building long-term customer relationships. Are you proactive, analytically strong, and ready to make an impact within an ambitious scale-up? Then we’d love to get in touch with you!
