The impact you will make as a SaaS Application Specialist

As a SaaS Application Specialist, you are part of the team responsible for managing our SaaS platform within the EuroPort+ IT landscape. In this role, you are the first point of contact for customers with questions or issues related to our software and take part in technical and integration projects. You work closely with customers, consultants, architects, developers, and Scrum Masters.

What you will do as a SaaS Application Specialist

You are responsible for managing client relationships and analysing their needs. You gather information from clients, identify issues, and involve the relevant development teams.

You will also:

• Handle complex cases, coordinating between various internal and external parties
• Oversee the implementation of new software releases
• Actively monitor client environments and processes
• Prepare and discuss reports with clients
• Alternate between coordinating and supporting activities
• Contribute ideas to improve our services further
