Tasks

What you’ll do:

• Ensure all features meet requirements and acceptance criteria before release
• Design test plans and define testing approaches together with the team
• Perform manual and automated tests, including UI testing
• Develop and maintain reliable and maintainable test automation solutions
• Design, execute and maintain performance and load tests
• Analyze, document and communicate test results
• Identify, analyze and report defects, errors and inconsistencies
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• Contribute to improving testing processes, tools and practices within the team

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years in software testing (Test Engineer/QA Engineer)
• Strong manual & automated testing skills (including UI)
• Experience with Cypress, Playwright, Robot Framework or Squish
• Good knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Familiarity with Embedded Linux
• Experience testing REST APIs and data workflows
• SQL/NoSQL knowledge
• Experience with Git (Bitbucket/GitHub)
• Solid understanding of ISTQB standards, Jira, Agile
• Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Fluent English (B2/C1)
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days/week in Gdańsk)

Nice to have:

• CI/CD, DevOps, Jenkins, Docker/Kubernetes
• Airline/aviation software knowledge
