Tasks
What you’ll do:
- Ensure all features meet requirements and acceptance criteria before release
- Design test plans and define testing approaches together with the team
- Perform manual and automated tests, including UI testing
- Develop and maintain reliable and maintainable test automation solutions
- Design, execute and maintain performance and load tests
- Analyze, document and communicate test results
- Identify, analyze and report defects, errors and inconsistencies
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve issues
- Contribute to improving testing processes, tools and practices within the team

Requirements
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years in software testing (Test Engineer/QA Engineer)
- Strong manual & automated testing skills (including UI)
- Experience with Cypress, Playwright, Robot Framework or Squish
- Good knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Familiarity with Embedded Linux
- Experience testing REST APIs and data workflows
- SQL/NoSQL knowledge
- Experience with Git (Bitbucket/GitHub)
- Solid understanding of ISTQB standards, Jira, Agile
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Fluent English (B2/C1)
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days/week in Gdańsk)

- CI/CD, DevOps, Jenkins, Docker/Kubernetes
- Airline/aviation software knowledge
