Senior Management Consultant – Engineering Excellence & Innovation

CGI Business Consulting is expanding its advisory capabilities within Engineering Excellence & Innovation in Western and Southern Sweden.

We are looking for senior management consultants who want to help shape the future of engineering, R&D and product development across some of the region's leading industrial companies.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges at the intersection of engineering, technology and organizational transformation. You will help our clients improve how they develop products, organize engineering, govern innovation and accelerate the transition towards increasingly digital and software-driven products.

You will also play a key role in helping shape and grow CGI's advisory capabilities within engineering, R&D and product development, strengthening our market presence and contributing to the continued growth of our Business Consulting practice.

Typical client challenges include improving engineering productivity, accelerating product development, strengthening governance, enabling software-defined products, introducing AI into engineering organizations and balancing innovation with increasing regulatory and compliance requirements.
