The Role: The Heart of the House
As our Guest Relations Officer you are the guardian of the guest’s journey. Your mission is to turn a standard hotel stay into an "Admiral Experience."
Whether you are welcoming a long-time regular back home or orchestrating a "wow" moment for a couple celebrating their 50th anniversary, you do it with a blend of professional grace and genuine, human warmth.
Your key responsibilities;
- You’ll be the friendly face our VIPs and loyalty members look for, building relationships that go beyond a simple "hello."
- You’ll have the creative freedom to identify special milestones and craft personalized gestures that stay with guests long after they’ve checked out.
- You’ll collaborate closely with our Housekeeping, F&B, and Concierge teams to ensure that every detail of a guest's stay is seamless.
- When things don't go perfectly, you’re the calm in the storm. You listen with empathy and turn feedback into a reason for a guest to return.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Truly enjoy making people feel special and seen.
- Can communicate our hotel’s historic charm with passion.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality or high-end guest service.
- Are tech-comfortable - we use Mews, so experience there (or a quick ability to learn) is a plus.
- Notice when a pillow is slightly askew or when a guest looks a bit lost before they even have to ask for help.

- A part time position of approx 50 hours per month starting mid October, with the possibility to transfer to a full-time position from April 2027.
- Access to our Super Colleague Program, granting up to 4 free stays per year at our hotels and resorts in the Nordics together with a lot of attractive food and beverage discounts.
