Overview
The Global Site Activation & Optimization Sr. Specialist plays a key role in enabling the global hub operating model by partnering with the Regional Onsite Activation & Optimization Managers to deliver activations across Crocs .com and app experiences. This role manages a portfolio of digital activation projects, including new product launches, promotions, content updates, and site merchandising initiatives, ensuring work is executed efficiently, consistently and to a high standard of quality. The specialist provides training, guidance and ongoing support to the offshore execution team, helping build capabilities and drive operational excellence. Working closely with technology teams, regional stakeholders and external resources, the role identifies opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and establish scalable ways of working.
What You'll Do
Partner with Regional Onsite Activation & Optimization Managers to coordinate and deliver digital activations across .com and app experiences, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality execution.
Serve as a key point of contact for activation planning and execution, providing operational support and guidance across new product launches, promotions, content updates and additional site merchandising initiatives.
Drive consistency and operational excellence by developing, documenting and reinforcing standardized processes, best practices and quality assurance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including UX, CX, Product, Technology, Merchandising, and Regional teams, to support successful execution and continuous improvement of the .com consumer experience.
Provide training, coaching and ongoing support to offshore execution teams, building capabilities and ensuring adherence to established processes and service level expectations.
Monitor activation performance - identify risks and opportunities, communicate progress, insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Support the optimization of digital tools and platforms to improve execution efficiency and scalability.
Contribute to the evolution of the hub operating model by fostering scalable ways of working, improving stakeholder satisfaction and supporting business growth objectives.
What You'll Bring to the Table
3+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce site operations and/or site merchandising.
Experience with SFCC, Contentstack, or Algolia preferred.
Previous project management experience in digital operations or ecommerce.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to manage and influence internal stakeholders.
Curious, proactive and able to work autonomously.
