YOUR IMPACT
You will lead integrated case management and advice on CSR cases related to technology innovation and risk, liaising with Client Service Teams (CSTs), firm functions, and cell leaders to streamline processes and develop comprehensive guidance.
You will be part of McKinsey’s Client Service Risk (CSR) function, whose mission is to enable McKinsey’s client impact and innovation, while managing risks to our clients, our firm, and our people. In the Global Technology Risk team, we are helping ensure positive and lasting impact from the Tech and AI revolution through pragmatic, expert and integrated technology risk capabilities. Our goal is to act as trusted thought-partners to the firm's leadership on technology and its risks. We offer deep expertise that is alive to emerging issues and trends, drawing on a strong network of relationships within and beyond the firm.
You will also be responsible for establishing yourself as a trusted advisor by building strong relationships with Client Service Professionals (CSP) colleagues, Technology and Product teams, Client Service Risk Committee (CSRC) members, and peers within relevant firm functions.
You will work across a variety of sectors and geographies, building expertise in emerging risk areas and gaining insights into the firm’s dynamic ecosystem of client service, technologies, tools, partners, and capabilities and ensure the collection of robust and timely data, maintaining data integrity for all casework you undertake.
As time permits, you will support the team on projects such as policy reviews, cell risk assessments, risk compacts, and initiatives to enhance awareness and transparency.
You will be based in Europe or Asia as part of the Technology Risk pillar within Client Service Risk.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
University degree; J.D., master’s degree, or other advanced degree is preferred
7+ years of consulting, law, risk, compliance, communications, technology or other professional services experience
Demonstrated credible leadership, analytics, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
Ability to offer new ideas, constructively challenge conventional wisdom, and work collaboratively
Proven ability to analyze problems, make wise recommendations, and lead analysis and reporting of key metrics
Establish trust with colleagues across geographies, roles, and levels, and maintain a non-hierarchical approach with strong influencing capabilities
Passion for taking on new challenges, with a commitment to the firm's mission and values
Strong Organizational and Process Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and drive projects to high-quality results
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to senior leaders and stakeholders
