As we grow across Europe and beyond, our team works as a true business partner—connecting talent strategy with operational excellence to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
About Faerch

We serve food manufacturers, food service providers, and retailers around the world with our network of state-of-the-art production facilities across Europe and the US. Today, more than 5,400 employees are part of the Faerch Group, which is part of the A.P. Moller Holding.
Working at Faerch means joining a purpose-driven company focused on sustainability and innovation. We invest in your growth and offer a supportive, international environment where people thrive.
Your Role
As Lead Specialist, Talent Acquisition, you will shape and deliver Faerch's global talent acquisition capability for priority roles and scarce skills. You will integrate talent attraction strategy, proactive sourcing and headhunting, assessment approaches, and executive search partner management. Acting as a global centre of excellence expert and internal consultant, you will improve quality of hire, speed, recruitment marketing, location strategy, sourcing strategy, and candidate experience—driving measurable improvements in hiring outcomes through cross-functional influence. You will partner closely with our specialists in Employer Branding, Talent management and Recruitment.
What We’re Looking For
You are a strategic talent acquisition specialist with strong business insight and the ability to translate workforce needs into effective attraction, sourcing, selection, and employer branding priorities. You build trusted relationships, influence across countries and functions, and help secure the talent Faerch needs now and in the future.
Key Responsibilities
Global Talent Acquisition
- Design and continuously refine a global attraction strategy aligned to business priorities and workforce plans, translating demand for critical roles, skills, locations, and timing into actionable sourcing approaches.
- Partner with global Senior Leaders and Strategic P&C Business Partners when key roles become vacant to outline sourcing strategy, timeline, and lead the search & selection process.
Sourcing Intelligence & Community Building
- Own the LinkedIn Recruitment global account and lead ROI globally, including training and supporting local P&C Business Partners.
- Build and maintain talent-market intelligence—including location mapping and partnerships with institutions and companies.
- Partner with employer branding/comms to define content themes, event strategy, campaigns and candidate engagement journeys.
Assessment Strategy & Selection Effectiveness
- Establish the assessment philosophy—in terms of methodology, scope and standard —partnering with Country P&C and business leaders.
- Define strategic relationships and performance governance for retained/contingent search partners: preferred supplier strategy, brief quality standards, shortlisting expectations, inclusion requirements, fee negotiations, and ROI reporting.
Governance & Reporting
- Define KPIs and dashboards covering time-to-fill, time-to-slate, quality-of-hire proxies, funnel health, source effectiveness, DEI metrics, candidate NPS, and agency ROI.
- Ensure adherence to global/local employment regulations and data privacy requirements.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in an international or multi-country setting.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent attraction and assessment methodologies.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and employer branding initiatives.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to influence without direct authority.
- Fluent in English.
Success in This Role
Success in this role means becoming a trusted partner to our executives and senior leaders in identifying, attracting, and recruiting talent for senior and critical roles. In your first months, you will build a strong understanding of Faerch's most critical roles, business priorities, and the talent profiles needed to support future growth. You will develop insight into where these talents can be sourced, which markets, companies, networks, and channels are most relevant, and how this should guide our recruitment approach. Over time, you will use this knowledge to sharpen our employer branding focus, ensuring we invest our efforts where they will have the greatest impact in attracting the talent Faerch needs now and in the future.
Meet the Team
You will be part of a dynamic team of six passionate colleagues, including your manager, working on Faerch’s talent processes, such as Onboarding, Learning & Development, Performance & Succession, Leadership, Engagement, and Talent Actions. We value the strong collaboration within our team, across P&C and the broader business.
