Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Business, HR, or related field;
- 5+ years in business communication or cultural change management;
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model).
Duties/role:
- Developing and executing change management strategies to support transformation initiatives and organizational transitions;
- Designing and delivering clear, consistent, and timely communication plans tailored to diverse stakeholder groups;
- Partnering with relevant stakeholders to coordinate communication and change management activities.
