About the job
As a People Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders across the organisation, helping translate business ambitions into people priorities. You'll combine strategic business partnering with hands-on execution -coaching leaders, strengthening teams, embedding our culture and making sure the fundamentals of the employee lifecycle run brilliantly.

- Deliver practical, business-focused people support while ensuring compliance with Dutch labour legislation.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team to build scalable people practices across Europe.
Who are you?
You're curious about business and passionate about people. You enjoy thinking strategically but get just as much satisfaction from rolling up your sleeves and making things happen.
You build trust through credibility, humility and collaboration. You coach leaders with confidence, challenge when needed and know that great People Partners spend time in the business -not just behind a screen.
You already use AI to work smarter and are excited about helping others do the same. You believe technology should make work better, not more complicated.
You'll probably bring:
- Experience as a People Business Partner in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong leadership coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience across the employee lifecycle and organisational development.
- A data-informed approach to decision-making.
- AI literacy and a genuine curiosity about how AI can improve the way we work.
