ABOUT THE JOB

As an Agentic AI Assistant at IMPACT Commerce, you now have the chance to become part of our brand new, committed, and innovative Agentic Lab team.

You will be right in the sweets spot where IMPACT’s Agentic Lab turns AI ambition into working agents. You will help the team hit the ground running from day one on focused sprints from kickoff to delivery, building real AI agents for some of our biggest clients. The Lab is new and growing fast, thus you will get the chance to shape your own role. To set the scene, your main responsibilities would be:

• Support the sprint lead throughout each sprint, running research, preparations and translating data into ready-to-use findings.
• Evaluate and document what worked, what did not, and why, turning every sprint into reusable insights for the next sprint.
• Identify patterns that repeat across clients and ensure knowledge sharing of insights between sprints.
• Set the team up for a fast start, sorting access, tools, and logistics.
• Help shape the final deliverable, whether that is a working AI agent or a client-ready report in close collaboration with our developers.
• Bringing new perspectives and ideas to the team on the latest agentic trends. YOUR PROFILE

As an Agentic AI Assistant, you are passionate about AI and all the opportunities it creates. You use different AI tools daily and instinctively, and bring real curiosity about how they evolve, where they excel, and where they still fall short.

That same instinct makes you a critical thinker, knowing when AI can multiply your output, and when judgment, context, or a human decision still has to lead. You do not need to code, but you will be working closely with people who do, so we imagine you pick up technical context fast.

You are sharp at research, and even sharper at transforming large amounts of information into insights that actually matter. Additionally, we imagine you to:

• Be under education, preferably studying for your bachelor's or master's degree.
• Use AI tools daily and instinctively.
• Think critically about AI, where it multiplies your efficiency, and where its limits, consequences, or ethical boundaries need to stay top of mind.
• Move fast in research, and even faster at boiling it down to insights that matter.
• Thrive on staying organised for other people, even when plans shift midweek.
• Bring curiosity and flexibility to a role that is still being defined, and the will to help define it.
