At Coffee Fellows The Hague, we are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our team. Our café is a lively place where students, professionals, tourists, and regular guests come together every day. As part of our team, you will play an important role in creating the warm and welcoming atmosphere our guests know us for.

What will you do?

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, cold drinks, and other Coffee Fellows specialties.
• Welcome guests with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Take orders and handle payments accurately using our cash register/POS system.
• Prepare and serve food while following our food safety and hygiene standards.
• Keep the café, counter, and workspaces clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the day.
• Work efficiently and stay calm during busy periods.
• Work closely with your colleagues and help create a positive team atmosphere.
• Learn about our coffee, products, recipes, and way of working.
• Make sure every guest leaves with a good experience and would love to come back.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a positive and energetic attitude.
• Enjoys working with people and providing good service.
• Is reliable, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Can work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Is comfortable working in a busy café environment.
• Is flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends when possible.
• Has a passion for coffee or is excited to learn more about it.
• Has previous hospitality or customer-service experience
