Allround Production Helper

As an Allround Production Helper, you have a varied role within a production company that manufactures grow bags for the agricultural sector. Throughout the day, you support the production team with different practical tasks. You help keep the production halls clean and organized, assist with filling big bags with perlite and vermiculite and collect and move empty pallets using a forklift. Because your tasks can change throughout the day, it is important that you are flexible and willing to help where needed. You are not afraid of physical work, enjoy staying active and contribute to keeping the production process running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and keeping the production halls tidy;
• Assisting with filling big bags with perlite and vermiculite;
• Collecting and moving empty pallets using a forklift;
• Supporting production employees with various daily tasks;
• Keeping work areas clean, organized and safe;
• Helping with the internal transport of materials when required;
• Performing other general assisting tasks within the production department.

About the role

You will work in a production environment in Rhenen where grow bags for the agricultural sector are manufactured. This is not a job where you perform the same task all day. You will support different parts of the production process and regularly switch between tasks. This makes the position especially suitable for someone who enjoys practical work, likes being active and is flexible in their daily responsibilities.

You will work in a shift system with the following working hours:

• 06:00 – 14:00: 100%
• 14:00 – 22:00: 120%
• 22:00 – 06:00: 130%

• Experience in a production environment is preferred;
• You are willing to perform different physical and practical tasks;
• You have a reliable and hands-on work attitude;
