Junior Marketplace Specialist (m/w/d) – Amazon & E-Commerce, Berlin
Niboline GmbH · Berlin, Germany
You apply off-site, with the employer or the job board. I never handle applications.
Purpose?
At Niboline, you learn marketplace management by working with real products, real data and real commercial decisions from day one.
You will learn how products are positioned, launched and managed on Amazon and gradually grow into owning your own product portfolio.
We develop and sell our own brands, mainly on Amazon across Europe. With around €20M in annual revenue and a team of around 30 people, you work directly with the products, the data and the people making the decisions.
Expected results for this role in the first 12 months?
- Learn our products inside out: what they do, who buys them, why customers choose them, and what reviews tell us.
- Prepare and manage products on Amazon: product data, listings, Seller Central, pricing, promotions, and marketplace availability.
- Work with the numbers behind sales, ranking, stock, and contribution margin and learn how they influence each other.
- Support new product launches from market analysis and positioning to listing creation and launch.
- Work with Sellerboard, DataDive, Keepa, and our internal dashboards to understand how products are performing.
- Use Claude, ChatGPT, and Lovable from the beginning to analyze data, solve problems, and make recurring work more efficient.
- Spot things that need attention: a ranking that starts to decline, a product running low on stock, unusual performance, or a number that does not fit the pattern.
- Work closely with our Marketplace, Advertising, Sourcing, and Creative teams.
- Grow into taking full responsibility for your products as your experience develops.
Required skills and experience?
- You are curious, learn quickly and want to understand how things work instead of simply following a process.
- You enjoy working with numbers and are comfortable with spreadsheets and data.
- You are interested in products and customers: why one product sells while another does not.
- You pay attention to details and notice when something does not make sense.
- You already use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude and enjoy finding better ways to work with them.
- You take responsibility, ask questions when something is unclear and are comfortable challenging assumptions.
- English is our company language. German is a strong plus, as Germany is our largest market.
- First experience through an internship, working student role, studies or a first job in e-commerce is a plus, but not a requirement.
This is who we are. Do you find yourself here?
Our core values are listed in the About Us section of our website. If you enjoy taking ownership, finding solutions, questioning assumptions instead of simply accepting them, and collaborating to get things done, you’ll likely fit well with our team.
What's in it for you?
- A steep learning curve with real products and real business data from day one.
- Increasing responsibility and the opportunity to grow into managing your own product portfolio.
