What you will do:
- Support the development and maintenance of production schedules to meet operational requirements and customer demand, working under the guidance of experienced Master Planners.
- Monitor production performance against the agreed schedule, identify deviations, delays, and potential capacity constraints, and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and other relevant teams to collect and exchange information required for accurate production planning.
- Analyze production planning and scheduling data to identify deviations, trends, and potential improvement opportunities. Prepare regular reports and provide insights to support planning decisions.
- Support the review of production capacity, material availability, and other resource requirements to ensure feasibility of production schedules.
- Assist in maintaining the Master Production Schedule and support its alignment with demand, supply, inventory, and manufacturing capacity.
- Monitor inventory and material availability in cooperation with relevant teams and identify potential risks that may impact production schedules.
- Maintain and update planning data in ERP and other relevant planning systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing Bachelor’s studies in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
- Previous internship, academic, or project experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Data Analysis is an advantage.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Interest in developing a career in Supply Chain and Master Planning.
- Ability and willingness to develop towards an independent Junior Master Planner role.
- Ability to work 20+ hours weekly (nice to have 35+ hours)
