About the role
This is a fixed-term, full-time role, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, working 39 hours per week.
As our Experimentation Manager, you will drive experimentation strategy across global e-commerce experiences, helping product teams make confident, evidence-based decisions that improve customer experience and commercial performance.
Working across multiple product domains, you will identify high-impact testing opportunities, turn hypotheses into actionable insights and champion a culture of continuous optimisation. You will act as a trusted partner to Product, Design and Analytics teams, while providing visibility and recommendations to senior stakeholders across Dyson.
You will:
- Drive experimentation strategy across global e-commerce products and customer journeys.
- Develop and maintain a prioritised experimentation roadmap aligned to customer and commercial objectives.
- Design, execute and evaluate A/B tests and other experimental methodologies with clear hypotheses and success measures.
- Partner with Product, Design and Analytics teams to deliver high-quality experimentation programmes.
- Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations that influence product and business decisions.
- Act as a recognised experimentation expert, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organisation.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring experimentation activity aligns to wider business priorities.
- Coach and guide colleagues, promoting a culture of learning, curiosity and continuous improvement. About you
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
- At least four years' experience leading experimentation, conversion optimisation or digital product performance initiatives within e-commerce, digital or consumer technology environments.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistical principles and hypothesis-driven problem solving.
- Experience designing, executing and analysing experiments that deliver measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
- Proven ability to independently manage complex initiatives and effectively prioritise competing demands.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product, Design, Engineering and Analytics teams.
- The ability to translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- A passion for continuous improvement and building a culture of evidence-based decision making.
Nice to have
- Experience working within global e-commerce or omni-channel environments.
