Role Overview
Own the commercial analytics infrastructure that tells the story of how Fluence sells across every region it operates in. - Own SIP reporting end-to-end: track attainment, validate plan mechanics, support Finance and HR on periodic plan reviews, and ensure business development teams have timely , accurate visibility into their own performance.
- Apply AI-assisted analytics techniques to improve the speed, depth, and scalability of commercial reporting across the organization.
- Partner closely with Sales Operations , Sales Strategy , Finance, and regional business development teams to ensure reporting definitions, data inputs, and analytical frameworks remain current, consistent, and trusted.
