Operations Manager (m/f/d)

SKYLOTEC is a leading international provider of fall protection and rescue solutions. To support the continued growth of our North American business, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager (m/f/d) to lead our production, supply chain, logistics, and order fulfillment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across production, logistics, and order fulfillment.
• Manage production planning, procurement, inventory, and material availability.
• Ensure on-time delivery and efficient operational performance.
• Drive process improvements, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Manage supplier relationships and operational KPIs.
• Support ERP, planning, and operational reporting processes.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or production management.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
• Experience working with ERP systems and KPI-driven operations.
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on leadership approach.
• Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience is an advantage.
