We are hiring – Provisioning Department

We are looking for a proactive, reliable and hands-on person to join our Provisioning Department in Palma.

The role involves assisting with provisioning requests, coordinating with suppliers, preparing orders and delivery notes, going shopping, collecting orders, following up with clients and supporting deliveries during the yachting season.

We are looking for someone organised, practical, dynamic and resourceful, with a good attitude and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements:

Fluent English

Spanish will be highly valued

Valid driving licence

Good knowledge of Palma and Mallorca

Good Excel skills

Organised, fast and solution-oriented

Proactive and able to solve day-to-day situations quickly

Previous experience in provisioning, yachting, hospitality, logistics or customer service will be valued

Immediate availability will be considered a plus.
