Our client is a global IT services and consulting company specializing in digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

coordinate multiple small and medium-sized ICT initiatives in parallel, facilitating collaboration across technical teams responsible for networks, cloud and data centre infrastructure, databases, identity and access management (IAM), cybersecurity, workplace services, monitoring and service operations,
support technical scoping and readiness activities, including environment preparation, access, capacity, integration, testing, architecture, security and operational dependencies, ensuring effective coordination between technical specialists and business stakeholders,
organise and facilitate project meetings, technical workshops, status reviews and decision-making sessions. Maintain clear documentation, including meeting minutes, action and decision logs, dependency and change registers, project plans, dashboards and status reports,
coordinate communication with business stakeholders, technical teams, external suppliers and consultants, ensuring follow-up on agreed actions and supporting supplier engagement, procurement documentation and contract implementation,
assist with the preparation of Procurement Requests, Requests for Service, Terms of Reference and related documentation. Monitor supplier activities, allocated man-days, deliverables, acceptance evidence and implementation dependencies,
coordinate testing, deliverable acceptance, operational readiness, handover, knowledge transfer, project closure and lessons learned, while identifying opportunities to improve project coordination, reporting and knowledge-sharing practices,
perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. The role provides project coordination and delivery support; formal decisions and approvals concerning budgets, procurement, contracts, architecture, security, data protection, technical solutions and acceptance remain with authorised representatives. Requirements

experience in ICT project coordination or a comparable technical delivery role, including coordination of at least two ICT infrastructure projects or initiatives involving multiple technical domains,
experience managing dependencies across at least three ICT infrastructure areas, such as networking, cloud or data centre infrastructure, databases, identity and access management (IAM), endpoint or workplace services, cybersecurity or architecture, monitoring and service operations,
experience supporting supplier engagement, procurement documentation, proof-of-concept activities or ICT contract implementation,
practical experience with project and service management tools, such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, Planner or equivalent,
strong understanding of ICT project lifecycles, governance and delivery methodologies, including PM² or equivalent approaches, as well as ICT infrastructure, service management, change management, operational readiness and transition-to-service processes,
knowledge of project planning and control practices, stakeholder and supplier coordination, and the ability to translate business needs into clear scope, technical coordination activities, deliverables and acceptance criteria,
strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent communication, facilitation, reporting and documentation skills, together with a proactive approach to working with technical teams, management, business stakeholders and suppliers,
at least one internationally recognised project management certification: PM², PRINCE2, PMP or an equivalent qualification accepted by the Contracting Authority.

Nice to Have

experience working with several technical teams and coordinating infrastructure dependencies in complex ICT environments,
familiarity with different project delivery approaches, including PM² and Agile,
experience improving project governance, reporting templates, coordination processes and knowledge-sharing practices. Benefits
