Retail Operations Specialist, IMEA

About the Role

As a Retail Operations Specialist in the IMEA (India Middle East, Africa), you will play a key role in supporting our global franchise retail business by developing, implementing, and maintaining retail operations standards, guidelines, manuals, and training materials.

You will work closely with franchise partners to ensure excellence in retail execution, operational consistency, and compliance with company standards. Through coaching, training, and ongoing support, you will help franchisees optimize performance, improve processes, and achieve their growth ambitions.

You will also support the launch of new retail markets and stores, ensure successful openings and build local capabilities for future expansion.

You will report to our Head of Retail Excellence IMEA and work from our HQ in Strandgade (København K).

What you will do

• Champion retail operations excellence across our franchise markets.
• Partner with franchisees to strengthen performance and unlock growth opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth and cost efficiencies through best-in-class retail practices.
• Ensure consistent execution of operational standards and ways of working.
• Inspire, coach, and develop franchise partners and store teams to succeed.
• Use KPI insights to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Enhance customer experience through operational excellence.
• Build trusted relationships and foster knowledge sharing across markets.
• Support successful new store and market launches from planning through opening.
• Advise franchise partners on workforce planning and retail staffing strategies.

Who you are

You are passionate about retail operations and thrive on turning standards, processes, and training into measurable business results. With experience from retail and ideally franchising, you enjoy working closely with stakeholders, building strong relationships, and supporting teams to perform at their best.

You combine a hands-on, solution-oriented approach with strong analytical skills and are comfortable navigating a dynamic international environment. As a natural coach and trusted partner, you are motivated by developing capabilities, driving operational excellence, and creating lasting impact across markets.

You bring:

• Experience in retail operations, ideally within franchising.
• Strong coaching, training, and stakeholder management skills.
• A commercial mindset and analytical approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• A collaborative, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
