Collaborating closely with engineers, project managers, operators, and suppliers, you will translate manufacturing challenges into reliable automation concepts that thrive on the shop floor.

• Lead the technical development of robotics, vision, and automation solutions that enhance production efficiency.
• Turn early ideas into validated concepts, ready for seamless production implementation.
• Drive key technical decisions and align stakeholders around practical, effective solutions.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks early in the development process to ensure project success.
• Improve safety, quality, productivity, and process stability by developing automation solutions that operate reliably in daily production.

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with robotics, automation, and industrial implementation in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to take technical ownership from concept development to production readiness.
• Understanding of sensors, vision systems, controls, system integration, and manufacturing processes, with the ability to evaluate their performance in a production setting.
• Knowledge of what makes automation and vision solutions reliable, maintainable, and safe in production.
• A pragmatic mindset with the ability to influence, collaborate, and make sound technical decisions across functions.
